Schade en problemen
Controleer je bestelling bij ontvangst en neem binnen 48 uur na levering contact met ons op als het artikel defect of beschadigd is, of als je het verkeerde artikel hebt ontvangen. Voeg een foto van het probleem toe zodat we dit kunnen beoordelen en kosteloos een vervangend product kunnen sturen of een volledige terugbetaling kunnen verwerken.

Verzendkosten voor retourzendingen zijn voor rekening van de klant, tenzij het artikel beschadigd of defect is aangekomen.
Terugbetalingen
Zodra we het geretourneerde artikel hebben ontvangen en geïnspecteerd, verwerken we je terugbetaling binnen 5–10 werkdagen via je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
Dik, lekvrij en groot genoeg om hun werk echt te doen. Sommige dingen moeten gewoon werken, zonder gedoe.
